GAZPACHO

INGREDIENTES

2kg pink tomato
1 cucumber
1 red pepper
1/2 onion
Extra virgin olive oil
Sherry vinegar
Salt


TOOLS NEEDED

Knife
Cutting board
Blender
Conical sieve

STEPS

1.

Chop all the vegetables (tomato, cucumber, pepper and onion) into very small pieces and pour into a bowl.

2.

Dress with EVOO, Sherry vinegar and salt and leave to stand for 2 hours so that it releases its juices.

3.

Then blend in a blender. We like it to be very smooth. We usually beat for 10 minutes at maximum speed. Finally, strain through the conical sieve to remove all the lumps.
