General Conditions of the Gift Card
1. The Villa Las Perelli virtual gift card is valid for the purchase of products for sale on our website www.villalasperelli.com.
2. The Card is owned by its issuer: VILLA LAS PERELLI SL, with CIF B56425697, and address at Calle Médico Duran 25 Bajo, 15005 A Coruña, its bearer being a mere depositary.
3. Unused gift cards will not be accepted for return.
4. The balance of the gift card cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
5. Where applicable, the refund of the amount of products purchased with the gift card that are returned will be made by increasing the balance available on the gift card.
6. The gift card is a bearer document. The responsibility for its use and custody corresponds exclusively to its holder. It will not be replaced in case of theft, loss or deterioration, although the Issuer reserves the right to replace it in the event of a change in its format.
7. The gift card obtained illegally will be void, it cannot be used to purchase products and its amount will not be refunded.
8. In the acquisition of the virtual gift card, we will not be responsible for non-receipt or delay in receipt of the gift card by its recipient for reasons beyond our control, including, among others:
- deficiencies or collapse of telecommunications lines or systems
- delay in the transmission of information or data or loss of information or data that may occur due to any of the circumstances mentioned above
- the inaccuracy of the details of the recipient of the virtual gift card provided by the buyer of said gift card
- the impossibility of delivering the gift card to the email account provided
- the consideration of the email sent as spam or unwanted email.
9. The gift card may not be used for advertising or promotional purposes unless previously authorized in writing by the Issuer.
10. The acquisition and/or use of the gift card implies full acceptance of these conditions, which have been provided prior to the acquisition of the gift card.
