SHIPPING

Currently, at Villa Las Perelli, we only make shipments and deliveries to the territory of the European Union.

If you are interested in buying from any country outside the EU, you can place your order by email or phone.

 

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be specified at the time of order confirmation.

- For all orders, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the total order. Keep in mind that many of the products you will find at Villa Las Perelli have high weights.

- For shipments to mainland Spain, home delivery is free for orders over €150 VAT included (discounted products excluded).

 

     

    TRACK MY ORDER

    - If you have placed the order as a registered user, you will be able to view your order history by logging in to the "My Account" section. However, if you placed your order as a guest user, you will only be able to access your order from the confirmation email you received at the time you placed your order.

    - You will receive a notification via email when your order has been shipped.

     

    RETURNS

    You have a period of 14 business days from the date of receipt of the order to make a return.

    Villa las Perelli reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions described below.

    If you want to return a piece, send us an email to villa@villalasperelli.com so we can manage the request.

    You must send the pieces in the same conditions in which you received them, using their original packaging; They must not have been used or washed. Returns of items without labels and in poor condition will not be accepted. The parts must be perfectly packaged along with a printed copy of the "Order Confirmation". Due to the fragile and unique nature of the products, if you no longer have the original packaging, returns cannot be made due to the possible risk of breakage.

    Personalized or custom products do not allow exchanges or returns.


     

    DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

    If the piece received has a defect, send us an email to villa@villalasperelli.com providing the product data, as well as any damage or defect it may have. You can return the product following the instructions received through customer service. Please attach photos of the defective part to better understand the defect and provide a solution as soon as possible.

    We will carefully examine the returned product and will inform you by email within a reasonable period of time whether a refund or replacement is appropriate (if applicable).

    In this case, the shipping costs for returns are borne by the company.

    Handmade products
    Keep in mind that products made by hand or manually may present imperfections and particularities inherent to their production that make this piece unrepeatable and therefore may differ to a certain extent from the product shown on the website. Likewise, some products of this type may require special care. If a return is requested due to any of these particularities, the product will not be considered “defective” since they are part of the irregular design and finish of the handmade pieces. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.

    Antiques
    The antiques that you will find at Villa Las Perelli have been carefully selected taking into account their historical value. These pieces are not new, but have been preserved over the years and therefore may present imperfections and signs of use. Some of them have been made through manual processes typical of their time, so they may also present irregularities and particularities that are part of their design. Likewise, some products of this type may require special care. In the event that a return is requested due to any of these particularities or marks of use, the product will not be considered “defective” since they are part of the irregular design and finish of the handmade pieces. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.

    REFUNDS

    The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a period of 14 days from the date on which the intention to return was communicated. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until proof of return of the goods has been provided, whichever condition comes first. The refund will be made in the same payment method that you used to pay for the purchase.
