Sergio Herman is a renowned Dutch chef and entrepreneur starting his career in a family restaurant where he worked for 25 years. Today he holds three Michelin stars and owns several culinary projects.
The Inku tableware designed by Sergio Herman is inspired by the Japanese concept of the beauty of imperfections, the shapes of shells, flowers and abstract structures in nature.
Solid, transparent, firm and fragile at the same time. Glass, along with ceramics, is one of the oldest materials used to preserve products.
The use and manufacture of glass has evolved a lot since its origin, and different cultures over time have expanded and passed on their knowledge
