Sergio Herman is a renowned Dutch chef and entrepreneur starting his career in a family restaurant where he worked for 25 years. Today he holds three Michelin stars and owns several culinary projects.
He describes his collection as follows "Glasses are used for drinking different kinds of beverages throughout the day, so I thought it was very important that you could have the choice to use them for whichever drink you desire, without compro- mising on style or class. Whether for wine or water, cocktails or sodas, juices or smoothies, coffee or tea ... the glasses must be fit for all. the outer surface is perfectly smooth, and surprisingly enough, the profiling is on the inside."
Solid, transparent, firm and fragile at the same time. Glass, along with ceramics, is one of the oldest materials used to preserve products.
The use and manufacture of glass has evolved a lot since its origin, and different cultures over time have expanded and passed on their knowledge
