2kg de tomate rosa

1 pimiento rojo
1/2 cebolla

PASOS

Trocear todas las verduras (tomate, pepino, pimiento y cebolla) en trozos muy pequeños y verter en un bol.
2.
Aliñar con AOVE, vinagre de Jerez y sal y dejar reposar durante 2 horas para que suelte su jugo.
3.
Después, batir en la batidora. A nosotras nos gusta que esté muy batido. Solemos batir 10 minutos a máxima velocidad. Por último, pasar por un chino para eliminar todos los grumos.
